Abstract
With the rapid growth of online education user scale, the complexity of user lifecycle management and teaching resource scheduling increases dramatically. Taking the CRM system construction of VIPKid's million-scale students and teachers as an example, this study explores the optimization scheme of user lifecycle management and resource scheduling based on Dynamics 365, Dataverse and SharePoint. The system introduces Power Automate and JavaScript plug-in to realize the automation of teaching resource scheduling and personalized push function, which solves the bottleneck of content delivery efficiency in large-scale user scenarios, and the results of the study are of great reference significance to the system construction and operation management of online education enterprises.
