La neoplasia se define como la formación de un tumor o crecimiento descontrolado de células o tejidos anormales en el organismo, las incidencias de neoplasias cutáneas en perros son altas y bastante variables. El hemangiosarcoma y el mastocitoma son neoplasias que se diagnostican comúnmente de forma aislada; sin embargo, los informes de aparición concomitante en un mismo paciente son poco frecuentes. El HSA es una neoplasia mesenquimal maligna de origen endotelial siendo el bazo, el órgano más comúnmente afectado. El MCT es una neoplasia común que puede afectar cualquier región del cuerpo, sin predilección por el sexo, aunque algunas razas como el Golden, Labrador y Pitbull han mostrado un mayor número de presentación. A continuación, se describe el caso clínico de un canino, macho, raza pitbull terrier de 12 años, que ingresa a consulta por presentar estructura solida en la región escrotal izquierda. Al examen clínico, se evidencia masa escrotal izquierda ulcerada de carácter indolora, tamaño de 3-4 cm de diámetro con una evolución clínica de 1 mes, en la evaluación general, se observa paciente atento al medio, constantes fisiológicas dentro de los parámetros normales (TLLC 2seg, TRPC 2seg, FC 86, PULSO 86, FR 21, T°38,6), ganglios aparentemente normales, auscultación cardiopulmonar sin sonidos anormales agregados, en palpación abdominal no refiere dolor, presenta masa a nivel de la base de cola y región del ano. Se realizan exámenes sanguíneos y ayudas diagnosticas para determinar un abordaje quirúrgico, en el examen ecográfico es descubierta una masa esplénica con localización en la cola del bazo, y se evalúa la masa escrotal izquierda que presenta inflamación y edema asociado al tejido, las cuales fueron retiradas posteriormente. El estudio histopatológico reporta hemagiosarcoma esplénico y mastocitoma de bajo grado testicular.
