Abstract
Son Excellence M. Mantaha vient de prendre ses fonctions récemment en tant qu’Ambassadeur de la République de Singapour en France. Il nous fait l’honneur de nous accorder une interview à l’occasion des 50 ans de l’indépendance de la Cité-Etat et nous le remercions vivement pour cela. Cette interview évoque des sujets aussi variés et fondamentaux que l’héritage de Singapour, sa politique intérieur, sa situation économique, sa place au sein de l’ASEAN, sa scène artistique et culturelle, ses relations avec la France et les autres pays, la place qu’elle a toujours donné à l’environnement, quelques mois avant la COP 21, les aspects de sécurité et de défense mais essaie aussi de nous projeter dans les années à venir.
