The book is a generalized image of reality. It is the era literary model that retains the image of objective reality, based on the repertoire of publishers, publishing organizations of the sales distribution network, bookstores, libraries and forming reading rooms. It is a key guarantee of the preservation of national culture, opposition to assimilation in a foreign environment, the structure of its diaspora. Portrait model Pioneer days – new immigrants model of perception of the surrounding world, their spiritual needs and thinking, behavior, interactions between members of the immigrant community, a sense of national identity; reflection constant desire to feel the atmosphere obscene Ukraine. This model replaced the frame and the foundation of the "common house" Ukrainian diaspora in Canada.The outstanding role of books in the history of the formation of the Ukrainian diaspora, its culture in Canada, in the context of multiculturalism that country adaptation of immigrants into the new society marked in extensive monographs and articles abroad and in 1991 – our local researchers on the history of Ukrainian diaspora in Canada. However, communication theory in studies bibliological book as a means of communication in the forced immigration, in what were Ukrainian immigrants in Canada, especially the book of communication Ukrainian immigrants are not considered so far in any scientific work of the Canadian Research .For the first time there is an attempt to draw attention to this problem and to outline navigating further research. The ideas are based on specific examples from the history of the book in motion Ukrainian Canadian community.Keywords: Ukrainian Book, Book Communication, Canadian Ukrainians.
