Abstract
En este trabajo se hizo una revisión histórica retrospectiva de tipo compilatoria que tuvo por objetivo Reconstruir la evolución histórica que da lugar al actual sistema de Auditoría de la Calidad de Salud en Colombia. En este trabajo se recopilaron los mecanismos de control, penalización, estandarización y vigilancia de las diferentes autoridades de la salud desde un periodo prehistórico, clásico, medieval, colonial hasta llegar al tiempo actual en el que se recopiló la evolución del marco normativo de Colombia, relacionado con la calidad en los servicios de salud, la higiene y la sanidad después de la constitución de 1886, pasando por la creación de la Superintendencia de Seguros de Salud en 1977, la constitución de 1991, el decreto 1011 de 2006 para llegar al Manual de Calidad – ASIM01 de junio de 2022, esta revisión parte de un universo de 90 referencias de las cuales la muestra fue de 54 referencias que constó de 25 normativas, 10 referencias webliográficas,19 artículos en inglés y español, reuniendo las principales disposiciones para la auditoria de la calidad en los sistemas de salud de Colombia vigentes a la fecha, conformado en 9 capítulos, estructurado con normativa INCONTEC y con referencias tipo Vancouver. Se discute las consideraciones técnicas y descriptivas de esta revisión y del actual sistema de auditoría de calidad en salud asociadas con los 4 tipos de procesos enmarcadas en los nuevos manuales de calidad del sistema de salud.
