Cet article se penche sur la question de la place réservée aux morts dans les milieux pentecôtistes du Sud-Bénin. Il cherche à préciser les enjeux et les implications de ce qui s’apparente fortement à une évacuation des défunts. En explorant ainsi la logique de la réarticulation des filiations qui suit la conversion, on touche inévitablement aux questions de la construction de la personne et de son inscription dans une lignée.
