Se recentrer, réguler ses émotions et envisager l'avenir avec optimisme : aperçu de la contribution d'un dispositif de psychologie positive pour susciter le bienêtre de futures et nouvelles enseignantes du préscolaire et primaire au Québec Formation et profession 33(3), 2025 • ésumé Relativement peu d'initiatives permettent de soutenir psychologiquement les recrues en enseignement, en formation initiale et au cours de l'insertion professionnelle.Diverses études portant sur des interventions de psychologie positive menées auprès d' enseignant•es indiquent des bénéfices prometteurs pour favoriser la santé psychologique et le bienêtre.Cet article décrit les retombées longitudinales d'un dispositif innovant de psychologie positive mis en œuvre auprès de futures et nouvelles enseignantes.L'analyse des questionnaires et entrevues révèle notamment que le dispositif a contribué au bienêtre des participantes en atténuant le stress et la détresse psychologique, puis en stimulant l' optimisme, offrant ainsi des pistes pour bonifier l'accompagnement.
