Tension au cœur de la double posture des enseignant•es en formation : quel effet des émotions sur la persévérance ?Formation et profession 33(3), 2025 • ésumé Étant donné le grand nombre d'abandons du métier d' enseignant•e, il est crucial de comprendre les déterminants de la volonté de persévérer dans ce métier.Dans cette recherche, nous nous intéressons aux enseignant•es en formation et souhaitons étudier la manière dont les émotions ressenties en classe (dans une posture d' enseignant•e), mais également en formation (dans une posture d' étudiant•e) peuvent avoir une incidence sur la volonté de persévérer dans le métier et les études.Les données collectées auprès de 668 enseignant•es en formation suggèrent que l'intensité des émotions négatives ressenties constitue un facteur de risque pour la persévérance dans le métier et dans les études.
