Mise en contexteCette chronique reprend quelques résultats d'une étude longitudinale menée de 2019 à 2023 et financée par le Conseil de recherche en sciences humaines du Canada (CRSH).Elle a été réalisée auprès de stagiaires de 4 e année au programme de baccalauréat en éducation préscolaire et enseignement primaire, dans le cadre d'un séminaire d'intégration, dans une université régionale.Elles ont ensuite été suivies lors de leurs deux ou trois premières années d'insertion professionnelle (IP).L' étude visait à mettre en œuvre un dispositif axé sur la psychologie positive 1 (et la présence attentive 2 ), puis à en documenter les retombées à court et moyen termes.D'autres publications 3 peuvent être consultées pour obtenir une vue d' ensemble du projet.
