Breeding for mass in the arctic winter - Analyzing to reveal volumes genetically accumulated during 3 winter seasons
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Following text is a presentation of a genetical project that started 2020 and ended in 2025. The specific project concerning the genetic accumulation of mass is a key project in the portfolio of the database TM2020, which is built around the sequence of the the T. Monococcum genome. The purpose of the DB is to benefit human cultivation of wheat and to provide an incontrovertible framework for conservation and work with its data. Convinced that it both genetically and materialistically embodies the extents of human nature. This paper aims to explain and share some of the thoughts risen from the project and to reason around the elements of it. It is not a product of a group or organisation and does not represent any other opinions, formal or informal, other than my own and Troms Oblat, the company I own. The wheat sown to produce this winter wheat was a haplaploid spring wheat adapted to the conditions in Northern Norway, 69°N. Sowing time were medio October, a few weeks before the onset of winter. It was from the beginning meant to be a solely gentical experiment were we wanted to use the wheat plant as a instrument to record and gentically encode the volumes precognitioned to accumulate during 3 winter cycles, so this later could be analyzed and conserved through a tailored dna or rna sequence. The sequence was meant to be key part, together with a WGS of T. Monococcum in the construction of a large conservational database (TM2020). The Khost project and the Winter wheat article was presented at the poster displays at the plant and animal genome conference PAG 25 in San Diego, where it got a lot of positive reactions. It is a pioneering work on wheat and wheat genetics because it is the first time wheat has been grown this far north, because of the very thorough methods used to secure the data and because of the extreme climatic conditions in the period of the experiment (2020-2025). It represents some valuable documentation of very important conservational genetics, it describes the occurence and formation of a genome, it also introduces some perspectives on ancestoral DNA/RNA and the relationship between genetic and logical data. The concept crop evolution is set up in the light of far north grain production and (monoclinic) distribution of K and other nutrients in the arctic growing enviroment and should give some value and interesting insights to this.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
