Conconcreto S.A: Opportunity or Warning? For the Investor? A Financial and Stock Market Analysis for the First Quarter of 2025

Abstract
La empresa Conconcreto S.A es una empresa fundada en 1961 que se ha consolidado por ser un punto de referencia cuando se trata del desarrollo de proyectos de infraestructura, edificaciones y vivienda en Colombia. El presente trabajo tiene como propósito analizar la situación financiera, económica y bursátil de la misma, con el objetivo de evaluar su viabilidad como opción de inversión dentro del mercado de valores colombiano. Este estudio basado en una metodología mixta de investigación hace uso de una variedad de indicadores e información clave de dicha compañía en diferentes contextos económicos. A través del análisis técnico y fundamental de la compañía dentro del primer trimestre bursátil del año 2025, se muestran fortalezas y debilidades que posee la actual inversión en dicha empresa. Finalmente, el análisis muestra aspectos relevantes a tener en cuenta como la reducción en su deuda financiera en 7,2% frente al mismo periodo del año 2024, el aumento de sus ganancias antes de intereses, impuestos, depreciación y amortización (EBITDA, en sus siglas en inglés) en un 21,7%, así como su utilidad Neta en un 3,003%, respectivamente. No obstante, concluye con la decisión de no inversión en dicha acción para aquellos perfiles conservadores como la Universidad El Bosque, tomando en cuenta factores como la contracción de 3,5 puntos porcentuales en el sector de construcciones en Colombia, la incertidumbre dentro del mismo a nivel político y las problemáticas presentadas por la empresa a nivel bursátil.
