Abstract

Integration of IIoT and AR transforms industrial operations through the enhancement of real-time data visualization, improvement of decision-making processes, and optimization of predictive maintenance. This study examines the synergistic benefits of IIoT and AR on operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and system performance. The integration model will feature advanced AI-driven analytics for anomaly detection and predictive maintenance for seamless industrial automation. The results indicate an appreciable decline in system downtime, better engagement of the workforce, and enhanced cost efficiency. Discussion of interoperability of data, scalability issues, and security issues is further elaborated with future research direction based on AI, blockchain, and edge computing for industrial automation.
