Abstract

Sektor pertanian memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun keterbatasan akses modal, teknologi, dan pasar membuat kesejahteraan petani masih rentan. Gabungan Kelompok Tani (Gapoktan) menjadi salah satu kelembagaan strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi usaha, akses modal, dan pemasaran hasil pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan usaha KSU Gapoktan Albasiko II di Nagari Padang Canduh, Kecamatan Kinali, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, serta kontribusinya terhadap kesejahteraan anggota. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi pada 71 anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KSU Gapoktan Albasiko II mengalami perkembangan signifikan pada aset, unit usaha, dan pendapatan, terutama melalui Lembaga Keuangan Mikro Agribisnis (LKM-A), sarana produksi pertanian (Saprodi–Saprotan), serta Lembaga Distribusi Pangan Masyarakat (LDPM/Waserda). Perkembangan unit usaha tersebut berdampak positif terhadap pendapatan, produktivitas, dan stabilitas harga bagi anggota. Temuan ini mengisi kekosongan penelitian sebelumnya yang jarang mengevaluasi dampak multi-unit usaha Gapoktan secara simultan dan menunjukkan pentingnya penguatan kelembagaan petani dalam mendukung pembangunan pertanian berkelanjutan di pedesaan.
