Abstract
Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá mức độ hài lòng khi tham gia hợp tác xã (HTX) của nông hộ tại tỉnh Hậu Giang. Số liệu sơ cấp được thu thập qua khảo sát trực tiếp 107 hộ trồng lúa có tham gia HTX. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy nông hộ hài lòng khi tham gia HTX với điểm trung bình là 4,29/5. Kết quả phân tích nhân tố (exploratory factor analysis - EFA) và hồi qui bội cho thấy sự hài lòng được quyết định bởi bốn nhóm nhân tố gồm sự đảm bảo, hiệu quả do qui mô, trách nhiệm và trình độ của ban quản lý, cải thiện thu nhập và việc làm. Dựa vào kết quả nghiên cứu này, một số giải pháp cải thiện hoạt động liên kết hiện nay với vai trò của HTX làm nòng cốt được đề xuất. Từ đó, người dân được khuyến khích tham gia liên kết nhiều hơn thông qua việc nâng cao trình độ quản lý HTX; tăng cường các hoạt động hỗ trợ, tạo việc làm và nâng cao thu nhập cho người dân.
