Abstract
Scrapbook compiled by Esther M. Erickson during her work for the Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) and in her leisure time consists of 253 professional and personal photographs as well as 10 postcards she collected of places where she worked and visited. The photographs document YWCA programs of physical and educational activities and social and cultural events in which Erickson, her colleagues, friends and YWCA members participated. Locations include Wichita, Kansas; Cascade, Colorado; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Indianapolis, Indiana; Turlock, California; Honolulu, Hawaii; Oahu, Hawaii; Homeland, Georgia; Haleakala, Hawaii; and Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
