Abstract
Le cas clinique présenté a été suivi dans le cadre d’une psychothérapie psychanalytique avec médiations picturales. L’intérêt de ce cas clinique ne réside pas seulement dans la pertinence de l’utilisation de la médiation picturale comme méthode projective d’évaluation. Il s’agit de l’étude de la figurabilité psychique : celle du patient et celle de la psychothérapeute psychanalytique sur les représentations picturales du patient (Botella et Botella, 2007). L’interprétation du contre-transfert : un sentiment d’inquiétante étrangeté, l’ Umheimlich (Chouvier, 1998 ; Freud, 1919) a permis d’interpréter un deuxième trouble neurologique chez le patient. Les effets psychothérapeutiques du cadre présenté permettent à la suite de Green (1998) d’affirmer que la causalité psychique n’est ni intrapsychique et ni intersubjective ; elle nécessite le recours à des instances médiatrices pour fournir une image satisfaisante du psychisme.
