Abstract
L’état de vulnérabilité dans lequel un bébé arrive au monde l’entraîne, avec ses parents, dans une situation de précarité inégalée au cours de sa vie. Les angoisses primitives vécues alors sont un passage obligé pour tout petit humain et la présence de figures de soins constantes et prévisibles sera de première importance pour former une assise solide à la personnalité naissante. Sur le plan théorique, la formation de la peau psychique (Bick), la fonction contenante (Bion) et la confiance épistémique (Fonagy) seront discutées. Des vignettes cliniques illustreront ces angoisses et serviront de base à la réflexion sur la violence et ses réverbérations potentielles pour les nouveaux parents et chez l’enfant ou l’adulte en psychothérapie.
