Abstract
V této bakalářské práci jsem si dal za cíl zpracovat novostavbu rodinného domu. Rodinný dům je určen pro bydlení. Základní architektonický koncept nového domu je založen na myšlence navržení nadstandartního rodinného bydlení. Navrženou hmotou, umístěním na pozemek, plochou střechou a použitými materiály se tak nový rodinný dům přizpůsobuje okolí a měl by tak po dokončení dokonale splynout s okolím. Fasáda bude tvořena strukturovanou omítkou v bílé nebo bílo-šedé barvě. Jedná se o rodinný dům navržený v energeticky úsporném standardu. Ve vstupním podlaží je obývací pokoj s kuchyní a jídelnou, chodba, WC, zádveří, pracovna, sklad, dílna a technické zázemí objektu. Schodištěm je vstupní podlaží propojeno s hlavním obytným prostorem v druhém nadzemním podlaží. Ve druhém nadzemním podlaží se nachází sekundární obývací pokoj, hlavní ložnice s koupelnou a šatnou a dvě menší dětské ložnice s koupelnou a šatnou. V suterénu objektu se pak nachází herna kde je možnost hraní kulečníku nebo ping-pongu, alternativně lze prostor využít jako sklad. Novostavba rodinného domu bude situována na rovinatém pozemku v těsné blízkosti intravilánu obce Staré Hradiště u Pardubic.
