Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a vypracováním projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby objektu rodinného domu v obci Kostelec ve Zlínském kraji. Objekt se nachází na parcele č. 315/139, v katastrálním území Kostelec u Zlína. Dům je členěn na obytnou část pro čtyřčlennou rodinu a provozovnu – prodejna bazénové technologie a řešení privátních bazénů. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepený rodinný dům pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Součástí objektu je garáž pro jeden osobní automobil. Půdorys domu je tvaru L s plochou střechou. Konstrukční systém stěnový, zděný z keramických cihelných bloků. Bakalářská práce je vypracovaná ve formě projektové dokumentace, která je v souladu s aktuálním zněním platných zákonů, vyhlášek a norem.
