Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby samostatně stojícího rodinného domu nedaleko Prahy v obci Všestary. Objekt je určen pro pětičlennou rodinu. Rodinný dům je rozdělen na tři patra, podzemní a dvě nadzemní podlaží. V podzemním podlaží se nachází skladovací prostory, nadzemní části jsou navrženy podle pater na obytnou a klidovou část. Svislé stěny jsou tvořeny keramickými tvárnicemi od společnosti HELUZ, stejně tak jako vodorovné keramické stropní nosníky. Rodinný dům je zastřešen valbovou střechou. Na severní straně objektu je umístěna pergola.
