Abstract
Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vytvoriť projektovú dokumentáciu k novostavbe rodinného domu v obci Jemnice u Moravce. Dom je vo svahu a je čiastočne podpivničený a má dve nadzemné podlažia. Hlavný vstup je zo západnej strany objektu a v zadnej časti objektu sa nachádza presklená zimná záhrada. Konštrukčný systém domu je pozdĺžny stenový, tvorený z brúsených keramických tehál typu THERM. Steny suterénu, ktoré su v kontakte so zemou sú z monolitického železobetónu. Stropná konštrukcia je navrhnutá ako monolitická železobetónová. Schodisko spojuje všetky podlažia a je monolitické. Strecha na objektu je dvojplášťová sedlová tvorená dreveným krovom a skladanou keramickou strešnou krytinou. Strecha nad garážou je plochá vegetačná. Vonkajšie steny sú zateplené systémom ETICS, ale aj bezkontaktným systémom s prevetrávanou vzduchovou medzerou s dreveným obkladom
