Abstract
Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado aborda la participación femenina en los Consejos de administración empresarial, analizando tanto las barreras estructurales, culturales y organizacionales que dificultan su acceso como los estereotipos de género que condicionan el ejercicio del liderazgo. A través de un marco teórico riguroso y una investigación empírica basada en encuestas, se identifican los principales obstáculos percibidos por la población en torno al liderazgo femenino. Los resultados muestran que, aunque existen avances en la representación de mujeres en Consejos de administración, especialmente en empresas sujetas a regulación, persisten resistencias profundas en el tejido empresarial general. El trabajo concluye con una investigación empírica donde se estudia la percepción que tiene la sociedad sobre el liderazgo femenino en la empresa
