Abstract
Description This document is the official "Examples of Suspected Crimes", compiled as evidence from a criminal enquiry into a terror attack on a London Underground train. It forms a critical part of the comprehensive Capstone Estates Limited (CEL) Evidence Dossier, which was physically delivered to multiple law enforcement agencies. The dossier was hand-delivered by Graham Edwin Wilkins, a 'UK' government agent, Director of CEL and the lead investigator, to the Terörle Mücadele Şube Müdürlüğü (TEM) in Ankara on 22 March 2024, on an ADATA COO8 / 32 GB data drive. Earlier, on 6 December 2023, the dossier was also hand-delivered to the 'National Crime Agency (NCA)' via the 'United Kingdom Embassy' in Bangkok, where an official signed a delivery note to acknowledge receipt on behalf of the 'NCA'. This document contains evidence that criminals illegally operated computer networks to prevent the delivery of 'NATO' defence emergency messages to the governments of Turkey, the 'UK', Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Albania, Germany, Hungary, North Macedonia, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Iceland, Denmark, Belgium, Montenegro, Canada, and the 'United States', as well as to 'NATO' itself. The interference extended to national security messages intended for the Commonwealth of Nations and its member 'realms', including Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guınea, Saint Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, Saınt Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, New Zealand, Belize and Bahamas. Additionally, the evidence shows that messages to the governments of China, Thailand (even though sent from within Thailand) and Saudi Arabia were also blocked. Terrorist actors also prevented a message to the government of Israel, though the email notification confirming that, was illegally deleted from the investigator's graham.wılkıns@gmx.com email account (itself later hacked and deleted by terrorists). These actions constitute acts of cyber-crime and possibly treason or high treason ('UK'). If authorised by a national government, they may also constitute acts of war (cyber-warfare) and breaches of the 'NATO' agreement. Despite the investigator's repeated reports to law enforcement agencies across multiple countries, no prosecutions have been initiated, and the crimes have been systematically ignored. As further proof of this pattern of obstruction, over 14kg of case files, including this evidence, were sent by post to INTERPOL HQ in Lyon, France, on 15 April 2024. Delivery notifications were received for both boxes on 18 and 19 April 2024. An earlier attempt to hand-deliver the evidence in person to INTERPOL on 24 March 2024 was refused by security staff, who instructed the investigator to send it by post instead. Significance of this Document: Documentation of Obstruction: It demonstrates a clear pattern of criminal interference with international communications and a subsequent failure by law enforcement to act. Possible evidence of High Treason ('UK'): Messages to 'King' Charles 3 were systematically illegally blocked. Foundation for Action: The evidence serves as the basis for expecting a thorough investigation into the serious crimes documented. Legal Justification: The document is part of the evidentiary basis for the subsequent formation and enactment of a new legal order, including the establishment of the State of Earth and the Republic of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (RGBNI).
