Une découverte faite au RHIC (Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collider, Brookhaven National Laboratory), confirmée plus tard au LHC (Large Hadron Collider, CERN), montre bien que les collisions de noyaux lourds créent un fluide qui est régi par l'interaction nucléaire forte. Cette percée a inspiré de nombreux efforts d'exploration des transitions de phase nucléaires. La dynamique des fluides relativiste constitue une théorie effective des modes à basse énergie et à grandes longueurs d'onde. La physique des grandes valeurs d'énergie se retrouve dans la valeur des coefficients de viscosité de cisaillement et de volume. Ceux-ci sont une représentation de propriétés fondamentales de la Chromodynamique Quantique (QCD) et ils quantifient également les écarts d'équilibre. Nous obtenons les viscosités de cisaillement et de volume pour une matière en interaction forte en quantifiant les corrections des fonctions de densité dans l'espace des phases pour des systèmes avec plusieurs genres de particules. Nous utiliserons le modèle sigma linéaire en présence de masses thermales, ainsi que les approximations de Chapman-Enskog et de relaxation. Nous comparons nos résultats sur les coefficients de transport avec d'autres trouvés dans la littérature scientifique. Nous traçons la voie menant à un calcul microscopique complet des coefficients de transport d'un gaz composé de pions et du meson vectoriel ρ qui obéissent à un Lagrangien chiral réaliste. Ces avancées serviront de mettre à niveaul'approche hydrodynamique 3D élaborée à McGill; elles permettront ainsi une étude plus détaillée des propriétés dynamiques de la QCD.
