Abstract
L’article présente les points de vue de futurs enseignants provenant d’une université francophone du Québec en ce qui concerne le développement professionnel et l’accompagnement en contexte de stage. L’étude de type quantitatif et exploratoire a été réalisée à l’aide d’un questionnaire autoadministré auprès des étudiants de la quatrième année de divers programmes de baccalauréat en enseignement. Afin d’examiner les perceptions des stagiaires à l’égard de leur développement professionnel et de l’accompagnement reçu en contexte de stage ainsi que les possibles effets du genre et de la situation de stage (stage complété et réussi ou stage en cours) sur ces perceptions, des analyses inférentielles, incluant des tests non paramétriques pour échantillons indépendants, ont été utilisées. Globalement, les stagiaires perçoivent positivement leur développement professionnel ainsi que le soutien de leur superviseur et de l’enseignant associé durant le stage 4. Cependant, la collaboration reste un défi important, révélant de possibles lacunes de la formation.
