Abstract
Commercial-off-the-shelf electronic components were subjected to gamma (<tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">${ }^{60} \text{Co}$</tex>) irradiation at low-dose rate and 105 MeV protons to characterize their susceptibility to total ionizing dose and proton induced single event effects respectively.
