L’objectif de l’activité Un produit, plusieurs réalités est de susciter la réflexion des personnes étudiantes sur la façon dont différents profils de personnes interagissent avec un même produit, comme un objet, une infrastructure, un logiciel, un processus ou un service, ainsi que sur les défis d’interactions et les possibilités d’amélioration liées à la diversité. La documentation rassemble le matériel nécessaire à la tenue de l’activité. Un guide d’animation dans lequel on trouve la démarche pour réaliser l’activité et des suggestions de questions pour orienter la réflexion des personnes participantes. Des exemples de produits accompagnés de facteurs pouvant influencer la qualité de l’interaction humain-produit sont aussi donnés en soutien à l’animation de l’activité. Une banque de 12 personnages fictifs dans laquelle on trouve pour chacun des personnages des informations comme : son prénom, sa photo, ses caractéristiques démographiques, physiques et cognitives, son emploi ou son niveau scolaire, etc. ungenieinclusif.ca
