L’objectif du jeu À la courte échelle : surmonter le stress et l’anxiété aux études est de sensibiliser aux enjeux de stress et d’anxiété affectant le bien-être étudiant et aux stratégies pour les surmonter. L’activité s’adresse autant à la population étudiante qu’au personnel enseignant ou au personnel de soutien à l’enseignement. Cette activité comprend quatre documents. Un fichier qui correspond à la planche de jeu. Le but du jeu et les consignes pour y jouer sont inscrits directement sur la planche. Il ne reste plus qu'à la faire imprimer pour jouer! Un document qui contient les pions-personnages ainsi qu’un dé à imprimer pour jouer au jeu À la courte échelle. Un fichier qui contient les cartes à jouer « Stratégies » et « Défis » à imprimer. ungenieinclusif.ca
