Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The article discusses the central role of the mentoring relationship in the professional development of interns within both initial and continuing training contexts. This relationship, grounded in trust, recognition, and dialogue, goes beyond the simple transmission of knowledge, constituting a relational and dynamic process. The analysis emphasizes the fundamental phases of mentoring — definition, maintenance, adjustment, and closure — as well as the tensions and obstacles that may compromise its quality, such as role asymmetry, lack of time, and implicit expectations. The study concludes that effective mentoring should foster co-responsibility, autonomy, and agency on the part of the mentee, promoting co-learning that equally benefits both the mentor and the intern, within a continuous movement of sustainable professional development.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
