Ce sont les diverses tensions que suscite la notion de l’« accompagnement » qui sont au cœur des questions que pose ce dossier interdisciplinaire. Entre la vulnérabilité de la position accompagnante jusqu’aux craintes d’un abus de pouvoir de cette même position, entre l’aide active et le désengagement, entre le contrôle et le laisser-faire… qui dépend de qui, qui est au service de qui, de celui qui accompagne et de celui qui est accompagné ? Où est la vulnérabilité, et où est la dépendance ? Où est le fin mot d’une action qui, s’enroulant sur elle-même, semble toujours relancer le jeu des perspectives de l’un vers l’autre, de l’aidé vers l’aidant, du sujet vers l’objet, de l’accompagnement lui-même en voie d’accompagnement ? Donnant forme à différentes perspectives autour de ces questions, le dossier que voici est l’occasion de penser plus avant cet accompagnement dont la complexité impose, aujourd’hui, que l’on en appréhende les multiples facettes. De l’accompagnement dans le soin, dans la pensée, dans la création, le terme au centre du présent dossier se dresse ainsi lui-même comme l’accompagnateur des textes qui constituent « Accompagner : limites et possibles ».
