Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This scheme of building recording pertains to a historic wall at St Johns Green Primary School, St Johns Green, Colchester. The aim of this programme of recording is to provide a long-term sustainable record of the historic wall prior to any repair work being undertaken. The wall was photogrammetrically rectified and this was marked-up on site during the survey. Detailed photographs were taken of key architectural features. This survey, documentary and cartographic sources were all assessed to determine to the historic background of the wall and its origins. The recording concluded that the surveyed wall contains five phases of construction, ranging from the medieval period to the late 19th century. The wall is supported on a medieval foundation and had been extensively refaced in the post-medieval period with worked stone reclaimed from St John's Abbey to the south-east, as well as reused Roman material. In the early 19th century a brick entranceway was created through the wall, which was subsequently infilled in the late 19th century at a similar time to the construction of the school. A retaining brick wall was also added to the top of the wall at this point to support the raised ground-level on the southern side.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
