Abstract
The present volume contains the Application, Memorial, Counter-Memorial — the latter in English and French, as it was submitted to the Court —, Oral Arguments and a list of documents submitted to the Court after the closure of the written proceedings in the case concerning Fisheries Jurisdiction (Spain v. Canada). This case, which was entered on the Court’s General List on 28 March 1995 under Number 96, was the subject of a Judgment delivered on 4 December 1998 concerning the jurisdiction of the Court (Fisheries Jurisdiction (Spain v. Canada), Jurisdiction of the Court, Judgment, I. C.J. Reports 1998, p. 432).
