Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The paper is the result of a study of the process of founding a military educational institu-tion in Omsk and determining the role of G.I. Glazenap in it. The reasons and prerequisites for its creation were identified, closely related to the need to strengthen the officer corps of the Rus-sian Empire in the first quarter of the 19th century and the strengthening of Russia in the status of a Eurasian power. The specifics of the creation of the Omsk military school in comparison with the military educational institution in Orenburg have been established. An assessment of the role of the head of the Siberian line G. Glazenap in the creation of the institution is presented. It has been proven that thanks to his initiative and efforts, the “home” school of the Siberian Cos-sack army in a fairly short time turned into a “licensed” military educational institution with state funding.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
