L’enjeu de ce numéro de Sciences de la Société est de pointer certaines difficultés liées à la production de savoirs communs entre des communautés linguistiques et disciplinaires différentes. Sans prétendre apporter une réponse définitive aux questions soulevées, ce numéro propose de les surmonter via un travail de coédition entre un laboratoire français (lerass, Toulouse) et québécois (log, Montréal) et via la publication de certains articles dans les deux langues.
