Abstract
Depuis la fin des années 90, on assiste au Canada à un effort de démocratisation de la documentation juridique en accès libre. Nous présenterons d'abord deux portails majeurs en droit canadien, celui de l'Institut canadien d'information juridique (IIJCan) et celui de LexUM. Afin de distinguer ces portails des sites gouvernementaux, nous examinerons quelques sites officiels tant pour la législation que pour la jurisprudence. Nous aborderons ensuite les sources de doctrine et terminerons par une description des nouveautés offertes par le Web 2.0: wikis, blogues et fils RSS.
