Abstract
第13届世界胃肠病大会已于2005年9月10 ～ 14日在加拿大蒙特利尔顺利召开,第11届世界消化内镜大会也同期进行.这次会议涵盖了消化研究领域的最新进展及其产业新概念,包括胃肠病学、内镜实况转播、肝病学、外科学、蒙特利尔临床倡议(Montreal Clinical Initiatives)、胃肠病学的全球目标、产业座谈会(Industry Symposia)和继续教育项目等内容,急性胰腺炎(AP)则被列入外科部分,有一次专题报道.相对第12届曼谷世界胃肠病大会提出了急性胰腺炎诊治指南而言,本次大会在AP研究领域无热点进展.本文通过复习大会资料,就AP临床诊治新观点作一简要报道.
