Abstract
Hjart- och karlsjukdomar ar den vanligaste dodsorsaken i Sverige idag. Mortaliteten i hjartinfarkt minskar men minskningen ar mindre uttalad bland kvinnor och i vissa kvinnogrupper kan till och med en okning noteras. Psykosociala faktorer har betydelse for prognosen. Syftet med studien var att belysa kvinnors psykosociala situation och behov av stod efter hjartinfarkt. Metoden var en litteraturstudie dar tio artiklar fran Sverige, USA, Australien och Canada analyserades. Resultatet visade att forsta tiden efter en hjartinfarkt upplevdes som en tid av fysisk utmattning, nedstamdhet, depression och kanslomassig labilitet. Kvinnorna hade en kansla av att ha forlorat kontrollen over sina liv och upplevde en forsvagad autonomi. Det framkom att kvinnorna kande stort behov av bade emotionellt och socialt stod. Vidare upplevde de brister i kontakten med sjukvardspersonalen framst gallande information. De mest betydelsefulla stodet upplevde de genom att dela erfarenheter med andra i samma situation. (Less)
