Abstract
El banco Halifax Hispania comienza una nueva fase de expansion en Espana orientada al negocio de los no residentes. Ya el 40% de los clientes de la entidad pertenecen a este segmento de mercado. Tras 10 anos de presencia en Espana, el banco Halifax ha logrado en 2003 obtener por primera vez beneficios. Con una clara estrategia a largo plazo y con una marcada linea conservadora de implantacion, esta entidad va a comenzar a expandirse en el negocio de los no residentes apoyados por el gran reconocimiento de marca que tiene entre los clientes britanicos que viven en Espana. Alejandro Garcia, consejero director-general de la entidad, nos explica como es la situacion actual del banco, cual es su perspectiva de futuro y que nuevos lineas de productos va a poner en marcha en este nuevo ano.
