Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The presentation is addressing the issue of public library services that serve primarily migrants and other linguistic and cultural minorities. In the Czech Republic, this aspect of the role of community libraries is still relatively underdeveloped, there are only sporadic activities for this target group. In traditional immigration countries, however, a library plays an important role in the process of integration, and services for minorities are offered permanently. Therefore the common practice in Germany, Denmark, Spain, Canada, USA and other countries, which the author visited, are introduced. The author also focuses on international projects and organizations dedicated to this. Furthermore an outline of the project "The specifics of providing services to Romani users in libraries in the Czech Republic and development possibilities of these services" on which the author is currently working is being presented.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
