Anhand der Talentformel K-B-P haben Sie Ihre Vision entwickelt. Sie haben daraus Ziele abgeleitet und Prioritäten gesetzt. Nun betrachten Sie bitte den Punkt, an dem Sie jetzt stehen. Zu Anfang liegt ein Ziel noch in weiter Ferne. Es ist wie ein strahlendes Licht am Ende einer langen, dunklen Straße. Doch es kann passieren, dass wir plötzlich in einer kleinen Seitenstraße eine Laterne sehen, deren Licht uns wesentlich heller erscheint als das Licht am Ende der Straße. Wir weichen vom Weg ab, um zu ihm hinzugehen. Dann erscheint ein anderes Licht auf der linken Seite noch heller, und wieder wechseln wir die Richtung. Jedes Licht auf dem weiteren Weg empfinden wir als besonders anziehend, und irgendwann sind wir von dem ursprünglichen Ziel ganz abgekommen.
