Abstract
Cette étude vise à comprendre les incidences de la restructuration d’un centre d’appels médico-social et interroge les liens entre collectif de travail et organisation au travers de la notion de travail d’articulation, point d’entrée pour l’analyse de l’activité des professionnels. Pour cela, nous mobilisons une approche inspirée par les Théories de l’Activité et analysons les incidences de la réorganisation de la plate-forme à des niveaux différents, celui de l’activité, d’un côté, et des pratiques des acteurs en situation, de l’autre. Notre recherche s’appuie sur une ethnographie de deux ans et mobilise le suivi comme stratégie d’observation. Nos résultats mettent en évidence deux perspectives professionnelles, l’une axée autour du travail d’information, pensée dans sa dimension essentiellement quantitative, l’autre intégrant la notion de conseil à l’adhérent. La prise en compte par l’organisation de ces deux perspectives apparaît comme une condition nécessaire au développement de l’activité et à la santé des travailleurs.
