La empresa se opone fuertemente a aceptar esto como una deficiencia del producto. Ignora los resultados obtenidos en las investigaciones cientificas al respecto, asi como las pruebas ofrecidas por los operadores de instalaciones, que luchan desde hace anos para que se les acepten sus reclamaciones.
