Abstract
Les préoccupations en santé publique révèlent le peu d’attention attribuée aux effets de l’activité professionnelle et des conditions dans lesquelles elle est exercée sur le bien-être des citoyen(ne)s, et ce malgré les nombreuses recherches menées en la matière.L’étude présentée ici a voulu prendre le contre-pied de l’ensemble des dynamiques qui, en se renforçant l’une l’autre, s’auto reproduisent et maintiennent socialement invisibles les traces laissées par le travail sur les évolutions de la santé de bien des salarié(e)s. Tout en s’inscrivant au départ dans une tradition scientifique contemporaine de la psychologie du travail et de l’ergonomie, elle a fini par mettre en évidence l’intérêt de concevoir un modèle d’intervention qui se situe sur le plan de l’action publique, notamment régionale.
