Abstract
Following a seminar to consider the implications of the Garda Siochana Bill 2004 in terms of local policing needs, this report was commissioned by the Blanchardstown Local Drug Task Force to identify and make recommendations for the next stage in the process of establishing a Community Policing Forum in Blanchadrstown.
