Abstract
La désocialisation de la vieillesse et de la mort est-elle aussi généralisée qu’on le dit et ce processus supposé en touche-t-il tous les aspects ? Dans cet article, on part au contraire de l’hypothèse d’un changement du rapport social aux personnes âgées et aux mourants, de telle sorte que les divers traitements contemporains du mourir manifestent de nouveaux modes de socialisation, parce qu’à chaque épisode du vieillir et du mourir, le problème central du lien social se pose nécessairement.
