Abstract
La formation à distance prend une place de plus en plus importante dans l’enseignement supérieur à travers le monde. Les apprenants inscrits à des activités de ce type de formation ont manifestement autant de besoins et d’attentes que les étudiants du campus. Pour assurer notamment une équité dans l’offre de services de bibliothèque à ces personnes, des normes et des directives ont été édictées et adoptées par diverses associations nationales. Il ne reste plus qu’au personnel des bibliothèques d’être proactif pour rendre dorénavant accessibles à distance tous les services et les ressources de la bibliothèque contemporaine.
