Un site Internet bien fait peut devenir la meilleure des plates-formes d échangé de "savoir-circuler" entre migrants. L'analyse des ressorts et des implications concrètes du portail The Bans , créé par des informaticiens roumains de Toronto pour leurs compatriotes, montre qu'une forme de "mondialisation par le bas" est en train de se mettre en place. Tout à la fois forum de discussion, bourse aux emplois, chambre de commerce et guide complet à l'usage du migrant et du candidat à l'émigration, ce site lui donne clés et mots de passe pour qu'il s'intègre.
