Abstract
The accumulation of the human population up to reach the impressive cipher of that the 50% of habitants live in the 1% of the earth surface takes itself an increasing influence of the subsoil in the urban enviroment. One of the most forgotten aspects till now is the hidrogeology. He we show how the existence and presence of water in the subsoil has an extraordinary importance in problems that have taken place in many constructions, as consequence of subsoil estructure and upstream circulation by discharge of an aquifer in a quarter of Oviedo wich takes its name from the water eyes (ventanielles) there placed, now destroyed by constructions.
