Le réseau « Développement durable et territoires fragiles », qui a porté en 2002 sur les fonts baptismaux la revue Développement durable et territoires, a connu ces derniers jours une évolution singulière. En effet, aussi curieux que cela puisse paraître, notre réseau a fonctionné durant toutes ces années de manière relativement informelle puisque aucune structure juridique ne venait encadrer nos activités.
