Abstract

ABSTRACT.The issue of between individuals and between groups becomes a problem of effective and mutual understanding between cultures. searches towards overcoming barriers in intercultural focus not only on institutional (between governments or between national organizations), but also on well-defined between cultural communities a well-defined identity (between linguistic communities, ethnic or religious): they take into account any act including international professional (where there appear barriers in because national cultures). Keywords: communication; culture; paradigm; communityThe has been observed, as a fundamental element of human existence, since ancient times. In fact, etymology of term, suggests that word, comes from Latin word communis, meaning agree, being in relation with or being into a relationship, although term circulates in ancient vocabulary, meaning convey to share something others.Starting original meaning of German term mitteilen (to communicate, to transmit), Hans Georg Gadamer will define culture, as a kind of (Mitteilung), meaning mit-teilen, to share, something someone else which, by sharing, everything grows. For a first step, culture could be defined as a field that contains everything that grows by sharing. external goods have such a nature that makes us feel lonely, and when view is attracted only by them, we withdraw from reality in our souls.1 Regarding this aspect, German philosopher gives example of a literary or philosophical work, translated into another language, communicated, transferred to another linguistic community, shared others while it does not suffer a reduction by this division and remains equal to itself by enhancing and enriching new meanings and significations.Georg Simmel says thing that leads us to understanding, essence of culture-communication relation is sense of language itself. The culture is way from closed unit, by a large deployment of plurality, to another unit, deployed also. In any case, we are talking, only, about evolution to a phenomenon anchored in germinating ability of personality, powers that are sketched out into an idealistic plan. And, here, language as a case gives us a true guidance.2By communicational side, culture is a social phenomenon, most of recorded human culture, which is, in fact, interpretation and conferral of meanings. is not external of culture; it belongs to its meaning and essence. proof of this fact is that the history does not know any closed or sealed culture, not even in communities or peoples apparently geographically isolated: Communication is a human's organic necessity, appeared from his nature, which is never self-sufficient, and it cannot be ontic or axiological by itself.3Together, individuals and social groups construct and consider their own identity by comparing or others, due to intercultural relations. In this sense, was considered as an emotional and sympathetic participation to their own existence (existential communication M. Heidegger or real communication, K. Jarpers). The concept of interculturaliswT (intercultural intercultural pedagogy etc.), appeared in France, at beginning of '70s, issuing, gradually, idea that differences are not obstacles, but, at contrary, it could be a mutual enrichment, if we can base on it. This concept comes to meet Canadian multiculturalism, which, as a difference of assimilationist politics of other countries, already, at that time, valuing cultural diversity, but not putting into practice, mutual recognition devices. …

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
